Meet the Founder
Benjamin House, founder of Veritas Intelligence, is a retired Senior Operations Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, where he served in the Clandestine Service in a range of senior leadership and operational roles. His assignments included the prestigious positions of Chief of Station on two occasions and Senior Representative to the Director of National Intelligence. Benjamin also served as an instructor at both the CIA’s flagship training academy and the Department of Defense’s premier counterintelligence training academy.
Before joining the CIA, Benjamin served as a U.S. Diplomat with the Department of State and as a Special Agent with the Department of the Army, launching a distinguished public service career defined by commitment, discretion, and results in high-threat and high-stakes environments.
Following his government service, Benjamin transitioned to the private sector, where he led global safety and security operations for a Fortune 500 company. In that role, he was responsible for protecting more than 25,000 employees across 2,000+ locations worldwide, leveraging his intelligence background and executive leadership to safeguard personnel, customers, and corporate assets.
Benjamin is widely recognized as an expert in international security, with specialized expertise in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Operations and Collection, Counterintelligence, Counterterrorism, High-Risk Operational Planning, Investigations, Operational Security Evaluations, and Training. A native English speaker, he is also fully bilingual in Spanish, certified at the Advanced Working Proficiency level by the U.S. Department of State.
